Affirmations are a great way to create positivity helping you to focus. If you haven’t tried affirmations before and don’t know where to begin watch this short video then read the examples below.

You need to focus on what you DO want not what you DON’T. Sometimes people write their affirmation in negative terms for example. “I want to meet the partner of my dreams and I don’t want to end up alone and depressed.” This is actually a conflict as the brain doesn’t distinguish between the two in terms of “I want” and “I don’t want.” In other words “I want to meet the partner of my dreams” is positive then “I don’t want to be alone and depressed” is negative.
Make your affirmations clear, specific and concise as you possibly can.
Use these examples.
• I can love my partner unconditionally
• I can lose weight easily.
