There Is Life After.
Kylie Minogue the super sexy singer and star’s world was rocked when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. And like many women Kylie faced up to and dealt with the suffering and treatment that goes hand in hand. She and many other women have shown us there is life after treatment. I personally know of two very brave women who overcame breast cancer and live very full and active lives.
To some, my being a life coach or personal coach and I’m not guarded about the title I use may sound very glamorous. It conjures up people achieving great and wonderful things. Whilst this is true on one level my job can take many forms including working with such inspirational and strong women who overcame breast cancer. Cancer gave them a completely different perspective on life and what they wanted to achieve. For one it was to find a new purpose, for the other it was to explore adventurous ways of enjoying life. My job as a coach was to help them succeed.
A goal doesn’t have to be momentous, it could be a simple as learning how to set and achieve a goal, make more time for you or finding new ways to feel good. Or if you want to go for something bigger that’s fine too. Goals can be relative to what’s happening in your life right now or what you want to achieve in the future.
Whilst alone pursuing a goal can seem mammoth daunting even, it’s my job to help you get there. So whether you want to learn to paint or climb Mount Kilimanjaro you can be sure of 1-2-1 coaching support that will help you reach new heights.
